Master Gears are made for checking composite roll action of gear teeth in spur and helical applications. Set up masters can also be provided for gage machine calibration.

Precision Lead Bars are made from solid high-speed steel on our special grinding machines and are heat treated for superior performance. Nachi can manufacture lead bars up to 120" in length with an accuracy of 0.005" lead variation.

Nachi Expanding Arbors were developed to provide ultra-precise positioning for gears on shaving, honing, and inspection machines. They locate on either plain or spline holes. Expansion is from .015" to .020".

Plug and Cup Arbors are also available for these applications.
